Another thing that drives me nuts is why here are newly certified personal trainers or the fitness experts in the gym tells this poor souls, who are paying them, you know it is 90% diet and 10% working out.
Are they crazy? That could be further from the truth. You cannot wish yourself a better body. You cannot eat yourself a better body. If this were true, you can just eat your way under the Olympic team. It is mostly working out and very little what you eat.
You see, you can have the best foods in the world and still have a squeaky achy body. You can eat the worst foods in the world and as long as long as you are lifting weights and doing a cardio. You can have a killer body. You see, you got to stress your body. The more you stress your body, the more it adopts. That improves your body’s performance, eating does not.
So, when you are thinking about how do I get in shape? How do I stay in shape? You are usually thinking more in terms of what should I do stay in shape, instead of what should I eat to stay in shape.
Now, eating is important. We want to eat a healthy diet versus a bad diet. You want to low fat things versus high fat things, but in the end it is still what you do with your body to make it adopt and perform better.
