Becca Borawski: Okay, so today’s workout is called the Cindy. It is one of the crossfit classics. It is 20 minutes workout and you are going to complete as many rounds as you can. 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats.
(Pull Ups)
So, first thing you are going to do is 5 pull-ups.
(Push Ups)

So as soon as you finished the 5 pull-ups, you are going to go straight to 10 push-ups.

(Squats)
And following the push-ups, you go straight into squats, 15 Air Squat.

So, chest out, back garnch, heels on the ground as fast as you can.
