Male: Hey, what are you doing here? What are you doing?
Male: I actually happen to be working on my screenplay. This is my burrito. This is a film maker food. And here is the final draft. It looks like I have got about 16 pages so far on and probably what is going to be like a 22 page screenplay. Going back and rereading it right now and just seeing what I can change. And that is about what we are doing.
Male: Right now it is called Lost in Zombieville. It is about three sorority sisters. They go into the forest and they drop off one of the pledges as a kind of initiation. And the forest happens to be inhabited by zombies.
Male: This is Andrew Telerton, he is the wickedly whack at the whackedy ville.
Andrew: What?
Male: What are we going to be doing on this?
Andrew: I am not quite sure yet. I think I might be producing, cameras. I do not really quite know everything.
Male: You will be miscellaneous man.
Andrew: Miscellaneous man yes. Producing sounds fun, I like that. Finding money and stuff.
Male: So, how are you hoping to do this man?
Andrew: It is the first time I have ever done 16 mm. So that is kind of like a new step for me but I have done other short films before. My dream project would be like an epic science fiction and of course we cannot do that at the student level so we are working small, dream and bake right now so that is the idea. For all the new film makers out there, usually I mean how I like to get started anyway is to just write the screenplay, get that done and think about everything else once the screenplay is written because you will figure out like everything afterwards, you do not want to work ahead of yourself once the screenplay is done, then we are going to get started with the casting process and as well as hiring people and looking for the money.
Male: Money is a big part.
Male: Money in 16 mm will be a big part so.
Male: How much in 16 mm?
Male: I am estimating between 5000 to 10000 but hopefully more on the 5000 but we also want to do a 30 second short--just 30 seconds of possibly just kind of a trailer that we can show investors and get them excited about the project and also it is a way to kind of work with 16 mm because we have not worked with 16 mm before so. Because that is the plan.
Male: So that is definitely a learning experience.
Male: It is definitely a learning experience for us and hopefully everybody who is watching this right now.
