Kevin Mauro: This is just a disappointing loss. I mean, it looks like we had the game under wraps. We just couldn’t pin them down when we needed to. Pitching didn’t come up. It’s been a tough battle but hopefully you know we could battle back and take some game in game seven.
Brett Singer: They did not play it like a critical game three at all. I mean Burnett was okay for a while but then he just fell apart. The Yankees pitching just effectively collapsed.
Clay Dillow: The Ranges did magnificently tonight. They hit when they needed to hit and they made defense a play when they needed to make them especially with the bases loaded.
That sincerely proved they belong in the ALCS and they're going to win it.
Bill Castro: AJ, one bad call it happens. No offense ever. I mean, no offense Bryan, but seriously, come on! You signed Nick Johnson this year and he has done nothing since April.
Tara Vandenvosch: Pitching was not good. AJ had some problems there. They should have taken him out. But hey listen, we’ll come tomorrow.
Bernie Garland: I think the Rangers have a better team this year. To be honest, bat for bat they're going head-to-head with the Yankees. Starting pitches are a little better and the Yankees made some horrible decisions tonight. I don’t think it’s the Yankees this year.
Sean Bird: I think they're going to come through and that’s about it, that’s the Yankees that’s how they do.
You know what we’re going to come through. We’re winning in seven and that’s how the Yankees do 28 World Series. That’s it! That’s New York life. We’re not going to let the Texas Rangers beat us.
