Welcome to the second Supplement of Elsie’s Yoga Class Live and Unplugged podcast Episode number 33. This time it is the first time that I have done a demo on a very specific Vinyasa sequence that I have no idea how I came up with it or when I came up with it and I am sure somebody has done it before. I just kind of got in the class. So it is not like I had done it before. I just thought, “Hey this sounds good” and it moves from Crescent Pose to Pavrita Parsvotanasana. So that you are going to be twisting and then you are going to move into a straight leg twist into Vashistasana which is Side Plank Pose then coming back again to a straight leg lounge. So it could be a little crazy a little bit. They are not too much though but part of the theme is the fact that you get a chance to expand and get creative and get a little crazy with yourself and get organically expanded. In a way that is going to create so much more freedom but you always have to remember that you cannot loose part of the source and if you expand too far too fast.
