I am Steve Turano, welcome to this episode of Body Performance. Nothing gripes me more than listening to guys in the gym wining about being soar, or not being as big, or being as strong as other people. First thing I ask “hey, what have you been up to?” “Well, I took 3 months off or 6 months off”, “what happened?” “I just loss my motivation last my focus”. “Oh, really, too bad”, same thing with dieting I do not like to listen to people wining about gaining weight. I do not have a self confidence; I do not have the self control, hey that is fine. You do not have to be thin, you do not have to be big in muscular but you know something you cannot quit. If you quit nothing will happen, if you have a bad day lifting that does not set you back, if you have bad day meeting that does not ruin everything.
You just regroups, refocus and move forward. Hey the rides not smooth it is a little bumpy, the whole idea is to get to your goal does not matter how you get there, alright. So do not be like these guys in gym that pissed me off. They stop for 3 months, 6 months, a year then wining about it. Then they wine about all time they missed. Do not do that, get them bad day that is alright, keep the focus. Love your body. I will see you next time.
