Francisco Bhujan: Hi this is Francisco Bhujan from vitalcoaching.com, we are talking about waking up your power and the topic for this video is your body is your greatest assets. Okay, there is another one which is your greatest asset as well are two of them; your body and your mind, your mind is actually your very good asset as well but your body -- you see it it's there in your face everyday and my advice for this video is take care of it, okay, you take care of it by exercising, eating healthy and lowering as much as possible your level of stress. You need to get a good night sleep, eight hours would be ideal if you can go on way to eight hours, that's great, if you can't, six seven hours at least try to give your body rest, okay.
The guidelines for health actually very simple. You can believe that you need some special help from the amazonian forest to being healthy, it might help, of course, but the guidelines, what you need to do to be healthy, for your body to feed in great shape are actually very, very simple. There is hardly anything in that which is that simple in terms of strategy it is direct, you train your body, you exercise or move your body at least in some way or another. If you don't like going to the gym, take a salsa class, go for walks in nature do something, jerk on beach; whatever you do, you need to move your body at least a little bit everyday, okay, that's very simple.
It doesn't mean that you have to become a body builder, you don't have to be over professionalist with that, okay, it's just about giving your body some fresh energy and if you cannot do that everyday, you cannot get outside everyday, while you can train inside a little bit. You can do some push ups do some dynamic breathing techniques, you can access a whole lot of techniques which are going to give your body at least a little bit of energy and your body needs energy on a daily base. It needs healthy food and it needs a good level of energy and to energize your body you need to move it, okay. The breathing techniques are another aspect which works pretty well, simply doing some stretches whatever comes to mind.
Now, if somebody -- for instance you go to the gym and somebody comes to you and says those push ups you are doing, you are not doing them right, oh! really how can you do a push up wrong, really. Everything that you do which engages the body is going to energize. So, for instance if you do do some lifting weight, you can do that fast, you can do them slow, it's still going to pump up your muscles, it's still going to work, okay, the same with breathing techniques, the same with your amount of working tissues that you make, the same if you jerk for five meals, for one hour, whatever, it doesn't matter. The technique that you use is not what matter, what matters is the fact that you do it, in one way or another; okay, that's important to realize and remember.
Of course, the guidelines -- it's or as well don't stretch it too far, you don't want to get an injury, yeah of course, that's one element which is important and when you are -- if you are training, you know it's a little bit harder, yes, of course, you have to function within a set of boundaries where you don't hurt your back or hurt your knees or another aspect of your body, that's important of course but most of the times when I see people exercising even if the way you do certain exercise, even if it's not technically perfect who cares, really, you are ruling your body and this is what matters, okay.
So, we talked about exercise and moving your body and the second element is diets. What you eat is nutrition, you need to know a little bit about that, alright, so I don't know how high you score on that level on both nutrition and diet and having your healthy life standard and be you can give yourself a mark because they are 100%. How happy are you with your level of health, how happy are you with the level of energy and if your level of health and energy is somewhere between 70-80% of it's food potential, it means that there is fruitful improvements, if you are lower in that it's essential that you do something about it, okay.
And in terms of diet, well, the guidelines for healthy diet are again very simple, more fruit, more vegetable, smaller meals, more regular meals, eat five six times a day but smaller meals. When you are hungry, eat, don't work on suppressing meals rather than eat regularly and focus on rouse healthy projects, more fruit, more vegetable in your diet, these kind of things but there is more.
