Jerome Cole: I think that s very much overblown, I think that the most important factor in being selected for particular college or university is the individual student and his or her performances, their academic performance, their non-academic, how they have done in their respective communities. I think that s the most important, I think those are the most important factor, I think the name of your high school or their academic reputation, I think it comes into play a little bit but I think its minimum. If you can go through the greatest high school in America but you don t have the academic profile, if you haven t been involved in your community, if you don t have great recommendations, if you don t have a good solid folder that reflex who you are, you are not going to be at merit to the more so like schools. So, I think the impact is minimum.
