How does your mortgage decision relate to management?

Jeff Thomas: Management is accomplished as a first three or four different sections, but and this is how are you going to watch your mortgage. Do you have an interest on the loan? Do you have a fixed rate mortgage, because there’s risk on both sides of the mortgage equation? The risk for a long term loan or a 30 year fixed loan versus an adjustable rate mortgage would be, you’re going to make a higher payment and how do you manage the difference between and adjustable rate payment and a fixed rate payment. There’s a monetary difference on monthly basis and management means how do you manage that, are you paying down debt? Are you investing it?

So management is pretty key to the entire process that’s how do you look at yourself and how do you see yourself managing that debt because most people spend a little bit more time on their vacation planning than do they managing their liability.
