Cmon too lazy to show how to make the lemon bar bottom what ingredients and what temperature do you bake at. This was very poorly done one of the worst I have ever seen. Doug

Quite let down by this woman as she must realize if we knew how to cook these things we WOULDN'T be watching... No Measurements were given No heat degree for the oven... What pastry did she pre make? Is it cakey or tarty? It looks tasty but i won't be trying to make this as its just to much of a guessing game... Sort it out love!

Welcome to Le Gourmet TV. Today we’re making some zesty lemon bars. We’ll start by breaking some eggs, add some sugar and we will beat it until it’s a pale yellow color.

So we add some lemon, with the zest, baking powder, a little bit of flour and again just give it a mix. There we go, so that’s nice and smooth. I'm going to shake some of that lemon zest up and put out of the way. So I have my free made base, it’s cooled, it’s ready to go. I'm just going to pour it in and pop it into the oven for half an hour.

So we have zesty lemon bars. We can sprinkle a little bit of ice cream sugar on top. Once this recipe is cooled, cut it into squares and I hope you enjoy. Thanks for stopping by at Le Gourmet TV.
