Hi! Welcome to BodyRock.tv, I am Zuzana Light and today I took a trip to Bezdez Castle valley which is a very famous place for hiking in Czech Republic. The cool thing about this place is that it's not just beautiful, but you have the interesting walls of rocks so your hiking becomes kind of like a obstacle course and you have to use all the muscles in your body to navigate your way through. Getting out to places like this every week is definitely going to put you in better mood. Even that you don't have in your country places like this, it looks like from Indian Jones, I am sure you are going to find some great place to hike.
You don't have to be really a mountain climber to be able to go through obstacles like that as long as this is not a straight wall; you don't even need a helmet. I am getting great calorie workout because I am climbing this hills up and down, but not only that, but I am also getting whole body workout out of this because I am always lifting, I am pulling my own body weight.
It is usually a good idea if you go hiking to take somebody with you in case you need help. I have with me my cameraman, but he always worries about his camera so he is not much of a help. So right now I am right on the top of Bezdez Castle valley in Czech Republic. I spend whole afternoon here climbing and hiking and now that I just get hold body workout, incredible workout, but also the best reward is that I can see this beautiful view, look how beautiful it is here.
