Okay right now, were in a whelming chair that is what this apparatus is called. This machine can work on the triceps and there is also a way it is also a way we can work on our abs with this machine. Triceps first, we are going to focus on doing some dips. Grab this handles here, bring those torpors at the end. Use the back of our arms to just straight up. We are not locking the elbow. I am going straight down where your daggers could stretch straight up. Primarily, left from the triceps and take rattles a little bit of chest muscle to develop that dips.

The referees would pin up on your goal. The other one, the other exercise we can do on this one is for the abs. You sit in here. Okay, along this ligaments, what we are going to do, we are going to focus on our abs when we are doing this leg dips. Okay, there are several different ways that a lot of people do their leg dips. I will tell you one thing, I am lifting my legs up like that.

That is my hip flex. Not so much on my abs as much I would like it sometimes. But, what we can do to keep the tension on our abs is keep a level slightly below level and go up to the level. Slightly below level and go up to level. We really focuses on the abs. If you are doing all the way down and all the way up, that is still working the abs. What you got to understand, that is going to get a lot of hip flexed getting involved too. Breathe out as you bring the legs up. Keep those core muscles tight. Draw those abs in. Your refrains will depend upon the goal you are trying to accomplish.
