Vincent: We’ve been to—is we we’re talking about gadgets and he immediately pulled out his eBooks and I just got to show you this array of eBooks that he’s got so which one is this? Yeah this is the Sony and the Sony is a nice one and it works with a finger and so you can basically, you know everything touch screen, and that’s nice, this one is an open source, it’s my B-Book adapter—BBook.com and it has 22 file formats and you can find a lot of illegal books on the web and read everything from micro create in there and this is the gorgeous one, this is the Kindle, the Amazon Kindle and it is very beautiful but it’s also wirelessly and so it has a sort of an SIM card in there and you can unlimited download all the books, read the first 30 pages for free and if you say yes I want to have it, you immediately buy it and you pay 995 and they have 240 titles. So these are free, the screens are all the same, they all come from the same manufacturer from Eastern Germany and they’re going to be bigger and they’re going to be color and they’re going to be love—but they read much nicer than a paper book because a paper book is a pain in the butt you have to turn the pages, you have to hold one book and turn it with another page so I think this is the one gadget which people really hate if you ask them do you want to read book online, they go “no, no I don’t want to read it.” And if you give it to people now, you say oh wow this is really, this is nice and you could have 5000 books with you and it remembers where you are and it’s—and this thing will be big. I mean the soul 650,000 of these Kindles last year and when Oprah saw it, she went crazy she told that’s in front of 25 million people and then the thing goes sold out for seven months and now they just started to ship this thing is huge, everywhere worldwide eBooks are rising.
Male: But wait, wait a second. Can I take this to the beach and can I just kind of throw it on the side I mean that’s the thing about a book I mean it can get wet, I can dug the pages, I don’t care if I’m at the beach or if I'm swimming or whatever it’s just such an easy format and I can give a book to someone and they know how to use it right away. But a Kindle?
Vincent: It’s wonderful. It is wonderful. You’re right about that’s nice about a book so Kindle I must say I think this thing I would definitely take to the beach. This is really easy to—this is really good in terms of that sand can’t come in. I have dropped three of them and they the screen broke so yes you have to be careful with that and yes you cannot put it under the shower but if you put a book under the shower it’s a real problem too.
Male: Yeah that’s true. I mean you have a big bag there and you always take too much books with you then you actually can read and here you can read the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal you can write the Michael Crichtons, the John Grishams, the book about podcasting, you can read all these books and you can switch between one and the other and it’s exciting, it’s nice and I started to read the same books you can read on your iPhone, okay so you can basically move from iPhone to PC to this and so I think—but this file format is wonderful. It reads great and since I have it, I’m starting to read a lot more.
