I am JayG Mufer from TricksTutorials.Com. Today I will be walking through the narrow an exemplar of a back flip. Okay, a back flip is very basic move it leads on to bigger tricks like flash kicks, exalts, gainers, full twist, you name it lots of crap okay. So, we going to get this move because it is important and because of fun. So, when you start back flip you bring your done little stance, alright. And the biggest thing about a back flip is fear. Okay. A lot of people have problems doing this move because they are scared of going backwards. Now, just get a spotter, that is all there is to it, alright. Just, when you are scared, you do not need to be jumping in the pools, in the mattresses, and trampolines.
Just forget all that shit. Okay. If anybody else gets it like that, good for them, they wasted there time trying to get it by themselves, okay. Just get a spotter by there, he will just flip you over and after a couple time, you would be like, “Oh! This move is not scary, it is easy.” And then you all do it because it is, alright. So like I said, just get someone to sot you, and they are just going to flip you over when you are having trouble doing it. You have to know the technique though, so you got to have both of those things. You want to jump up, okay, not back. You do not want to jump and look back, okay, because then you will be eliminating lot of your air and you will be going backwards. You want to jump up and flip around and land in relatively the same spot you jumped off of, okay.
And another problem they have is they do not coordinate there whole body. The back flip is a big coordination between everything, okay. You jump up, your arms get you up, your stall, your legs bring you around, and you flip around and you land, okay. A lot of people will just lift up their arms and just jump like this or something stupid like that or they just kind a jump going backwards like a back hand spring and just, you just got to get it right, okay, so you are going to watch a lot of videos and just make sure you know it and keep in your mind. And do what your mind tells you to do. You know, you got to jump up, you got to use everything so do it, okay.
Now, I will just be showing you how to do this. You want to imagine there is a bar between your shoulders and pushes you head back. That is when you look back. You want to jump up and stall and bring your legs up and that is what gets you around. You got to tuck. You can tuck behind or in front, I use to tuck behind and then and then I sort of tucking in front and decided that it works a lot better for me.
