how to cook chicken, rice and broccoli

Laurie: Welcome to another episode of cooking with Laurie. Today it's -- I will show you. It's a Campbell's recipe called baked chicken broccoli and rice, really easy. I kind of wonder if this is really going to look. It's just a cup of uncooked rice, a cup of cream of broccoli soup, cup of water. Just to mix this together, put the chicken on top of it and bake it for 45 minutes at 375 and that's supposed to be it. So I have mixed this and here is the chicken. I got this thin sliced, because last recipe I used, I had to add about 20 more minutes the cook time. Of course, I push them in two layers, which would defeat the whole purpose of mine getting thin cut. They seem to really want to sell you a lot of meat at the grocery stores. So that's it. Just go then for 45 minutes, I am really curious is to what it's going to look like. I am going to steam up some broccoli. Now there is the chicken, here is the broccoli and the plate.
