This is a lazy way to fold a dumpling. You can also put shrimp, pork, chive inside.

Hmm...not exactly the correct way.
1. A well made dough/skin should not require water to "stick" together. 2. This folding pattern is really a short cut. A real dumpling folding has multiple folds across the crescent. Btw, the stuffing is made of pork and cabbage. You can season with sesame oil, soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, 1 or 2 eggs and mix them up. My personal fav is chiv
