What is the summer season right around the corner? Many of you should be refining your menu to spot light your lighter seasonal fair such as salads, and new chicken in seafood on trays. Now if you are pizza shop consider this a thin crust garden pizza top with fresh mozzarella, mark it with fresh tomatoes, red onions, sweet corn, parsleys and basal. Wow, that is sounds great. You know with today’s high tech production techniques doing a terrific summer menu should be that expensive and having said that I want to show you a component of a menu that can greatly increase the sales of your high profit items. That component is called a menu out shirk. Now we have all heard of those insert before those are the small index cards clipped to the menu with special that you need a magnifying glass to read. But in out shirk is different it communicates that something is truly special. It sticks out of the menu so that the guest will choose from it before anything else. So, see how it kind of sticks out of menu that is a menu out shirks. So my recommendation is for you to take five high profit products and with them develop a summer menu out shirk. And with the little encouragement from your servers your guess will order off of the out shirk and your profits will increase.
