Cheesecake.
Digestive biscuits, butter, cheese, cream, vanilla sugar, crèmefraiche, lemon, jelly, sugar.
Make the jelly with the half of the required liquid (read on the box). Crush the biscuits. Mix the melted butter. Place the cake ring on a plate. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly. And cool in the fridge. Cream, cheese; mix cheese with icing sugar, vanilla sugar and crèmefraiche. Add the whipped cream and cooled jelly. Mix it all together. Pure the mixture on the biscuits and leave to cool in the fridge over night. Decorate with kiwi, and physalis before serving.
