How to Make Guacamole

Mama T: I am going to show you how to make a tasty guacamole. You can see here I have three avocados, one is already chopped and in the bowl and eventually I will add the juice of a full lime, about three quarters of the Serrano chili, about half a medium onion and about a four medium tomatoes. Here I am just slicing, let's see this will be my second avocado and now I am actually using my hands for better control. Just twist open and I have to score it in my hand and then remove the avocado from the skin with the spoon and that I will get. It makes it just easier to get the avocado away from the skin and then to get the seed out I like to just hit it with the knife. Firm in your hand again just twist gently. Oh, didn't get the first time. Second time there we go. Should be able to remove it pretty easily with this simple trick.

Now, I am just going to mash up avocado. You can notice that I do this before I add all the ingredients. You might need to grab a stronger tool to get it your desired consistency and here I will just add the onions like I said about half of a medium white onion and then I am going to add the tomato here. I like lots of tomato. That's about a medium sized one. Three fourths of the Serrano chili depending on how hot you want it and mix all those ingredients then and then here I am going to take a lime, cut it in half and I think I actually cut it the wrong way and here I have a new little handy lime squeezer. Get all that juice in there and then I get the second half and then just salt and pepper to taste. Add some fresh ground pepper. Get it another little mix and viola, you have a guacamole party.
