This is the Shout Application. And this is a shout box so to speak or a chat room or a forum, however you want to call it to where you just see people talking. When you want to say something, you hit this icon at the bottom and put anything you need.

In here, it will tell you how long it will take for everyone to see your message. And that varies depending on how many people are in the shout box I guess. And then you can see how many people is active. And you can see it shows what we did right over at the top and also you can scroll to everything that you recently read. It is filtered so you would probably will not see much spam. You have to put the dot and the brackets and it is filtered out like that because it filters out websites as well.
