So you have to buy a mic for this application to work??? What mic do you recommend?

iPhone App Store - Tyro Tuner

This is the Tyro Tuner application. This application is sort of like the only tuner application except that it is specifically designed with six-string guitars. So, we will set which string we are tuning at the time. We will play it and here is the in from the iPhone’s microphone. I tried the iPod Touch to extend the microphone but sadly, it does not work and it will tell you how far or how close you are of being in tune. You have the information button over here. This tells you a lot of information about the developer and it allows you to go straight to the website.
