Unique Apps
Ryan Wade: What's up everyone, this is Ryan with uniqueapps.com. I have another cool tip for you all. Now, this tip a lot of you may already know or not. What I'm going to show you today is how to save or copy images from your Safari Browser.
Now, the reason why I'm showing this tip is I actually showed this to my, a buddy of mine that has an iPhone and he had no idea you could use this. So I figured or that you could do this. So I figured if he didn't know there is probably some people that are subscribed to my videos that don't know as well. So that's why I'm going this video.
So what I'm do is, I'm just going to open up Safari right now, and you could see I actually have the mobile version of App Yak are social network opened up and I'm going to scroll down, and I'm just going to find an image here. This is actually an image, this is actually a video that I uploaded but it shows the screenshot here, and now the way you copy images from Safari is just touch your finger on something and hold it there and then it will bring up a menu, so I'm going to touch and hold there and you will see the Menu, I've three options Save Image, Copy or Cancel. I'm going to click Save Image. Now, I want to show you where that image saves to, so I just click save image, so I'm going push the home button here, go into my photos here and look at my Camera Roll and its actually the last image there, that's the image is just saved, from here I can e-mail it, I can delete this photo, I can do whatever I want.
But I'm actually going to show you now, and go back to my home screen click on Safari again how to copy an image and what you can do with the copy image. So I've got the same image here, again I'm going to click and hold or I'm going to touch and hold, this time I'm going to click copy. Now, when you copy it, it actually goes to your clipboard, it doesn't go on your saved images and the, what I use copied images for is if I just want to text message somebody an image real quick, so I'm going to click the home button again, and I'm going into my text messages, I'm going go into composing new text message, and down here I'm just going to double tap and you will see the paste icon. I can now paste that image into here and then obviously I have to type into two fields, so I can send it to somebody.
So that's a really quick tutorial on how to save and copy images from your browser and Safari. So hope you enjoyed this tutorial, please subscribe for more tutorials and more just iPhone videos, have a great day.
