This video shows how to replace your original iPod battery with a high capacity battery, and so with under Repairs Universe website.
This is a quick and easy task, and definitely worth doing if your battery is not lasting as s long as it used to.
Installing the Battery
First thing to do when you are replacing the battery is to make sure your iPod is turned off, and then place the iPod on locked so you can turn it on while opening it.
Open the packaging and get the batteries in this like quite to, we will be using this aside from your iPod.
Then on the down side of the iPod to release the clips, you should do this to open the iPod up to reveal the battery. This is how to emplace, with a little bit of glue, these needs to be wide apart with the unit so be careful not to knock the other ribbons. You can then easily unclip the battery by just lifting up small connection using the pair of tweezers and releasing the battery.
Ones this is done, get the new battery and simply place inside the connection, and then push up. Then push this down using the prior tool.
Put the battery in place and put the cover back on.
[Demo]
We should just clip back on. Make sure it clips at all sides. Check the iPod on hold and power on, and hold on correctly and the apple logo should show.
