iPod touch - Tech Review
Hey guys, Snow Leopard here today. I have iPod Touch review for you today, so let’s get to it.
First of all, the wireless capitalist on this iPod just blows me away. I can get a pretty good days of use like two days of use pretty good heavy use on this without the battery running out on me when I drop it below 30% to be exact.
I do find myself using a lot of apps and most of my pre-apps, but I did buy a few like Crash Card, Monkey Ball and that kind of stuff but as far I like it pretty much, so the iPod feature on this is that the audio quality is really good for an iPod and if you buy music from iTunes, the quality is actually much better if you just download from the internet so I buy all the music right now.
The video quality, imagine it this is the white screen here. This white screen when you shrink the music to thinner the really thin view. The quality is good but when you blow it up sometimes if the movie quality isn’t good when you blow it up or be a little bit blurry and little bit pixilated but if you use the thinner aspect ratio I think 16 to 9 the quality is pretty good. I tested a few videos, some old movies, some new movies, all the movies have lower resolution because of the camera, $10.00 back then but newer movies tend to have better resolution.
Battery life will last pretty long like I said before. I can get at least one or two days of pretty heavy used before the battery running out of me at below 30% and that’s aside from using internet sometimes, playing music videos, music maybe play some movies, browsing the App store, maybe play few games you know that this kind of thing.
So, yeah I will have another application. I have an App Store review and about a particular App name Mocha VNC Lite. That’s the free version. There’s the pay version for $6.00 but I’ll tell you more about that later. Yeah, so rate on this. I’d say I give this a pretty five score out of five. I mean I find myself using this daily when I check my email or this kind of thing and I can tell you it just blows me away every single time I use it and still does.
Typing is much faster now than before. Before typing was low to sluggish sometimes, but now I found myself typing comfortably on this. It loads pretty fast. Now my WiFi network which is G. I think on this is gorgeous. I mean, it’s just flawless and it’s just really well implemented in today’s interface and the pixel on this thing is much better than my laptop actually and to be honest I’d say the picture quality on this is like the one of the best screen I’ve seen in my life.
One of the features in 2.0 software is scientific calculator, so when you press the calculator you hit this normally but you took on the side, a scientific calculator to all of the sides same thing. The bodies now has low click when you tap a button so I don’t know if you hear that.
Now if you don’t, you have to believe me. It does have a little clicking sound from the internal speaker. It does this for everything. You can have it play little clicks as your alarm clock, tune or whatever and you know it wakes me up so I’m not on the value but it does wake me up.
Overall, the whole interface it just feels very well coupled together. It just feels seamless. I would highly recommend this thing to anyone. For $200.00 which I’ve got on my probation, it says no scratches, nothing. It’s flawless so if you have $200.00 and you want to buy an IPod Nano 8 gig. Don’t do that. Buy one of this refurbished. I can guarantee there are no scratches or dense or whenever you’re scared of. That’s my iPod Touch review.
I feel it’s a pretty good solid iPod, very nice and I would keep this for a few at least three years to four years before I dumped this into an iPhone. Thanks for watching, Snow Leopard here.
