Okay, right now we are at the hip abduction. Common hip abduction, this is the machine that works on hips. So, everybody like I work on my hips, work on my hips, work on my hips and this is the machine to do it.
What we do is just lift this lever up and bring it back. Bring these pads further apart so you can comfortably sit in the chair here. The side of the hips is the area where it is going to work. Go ahead and sit right down into the machine. Use that same lever to bring these pads back together and place your feet up on the footrest here. Lock the machine back into place. Draw those core muscles in tight, breathe out as you bring the legs slightly further apart. Return to the start position and repeat.
